Ballard Performing Arts fees for trips, camp, and annual fees are available to be paid by check, payable to BPA, or on-line by credit card.

Paying online is the preferred method. There are no extra fees and you will receive a receipt. You can also review if payment was made by checking over your credit card statements. 

Don't use Paypal? You can still pay online without using Paypal. At checkout, click to go to the pay by Paypal screen. Then scroll down past "Having Trouble?" to choose the option Pay by Debit or Credit Card.  

You can also pay by check. Checks can be brought to school to go into the black mailbox in the band / orchestra room or can be dropped off in the main office over the summer.

Please be aware some fraudulent emails asking for payments have been sent to and from various BHS groups. This includes the Athletic Boosters and the Performing Arts Boosters. The Ballard Performing Arts accepts payments via your check or through our website. We will NEVER ask for your bank information or ask for a money order or a money wire transfer through any BPA related communication.





Up-Coming Trips


Concert Choir + Advanced Chorale New York Trip: April 7th-12th, 2020
The cost for each person from Concert Choir and Advanced Chorale is approximately $1800.
The payment schedule is:
  • 1st payment due Oct 2 — $450
  • 2nd payment due Nov 20 — $450
  • 3rd payment due Jan 7, 2020 — $450
  • Final payment due Feb 7 —$475

Student Annual Fees are Due September 15, 2019


Student Annual Fee  $155.00 are due September 15, 2019  The student-paid annual fee goes to the Associated Student Body (ASB) fund.  ASB funds are held by the school, not the boosters. The annual fee is spent on operating expenses like sheet music, festival fees, transportation, t-shirts, instrument repair, and uniform use, repair and cleaning. ASB funds are restricted and cannot be spent to pay for items like coaches, clinicians or guest instructors. (If you need help to pay the annual fee please fill out the scholarship form.) Pay now at 
All Band Students

Purchasing an ASB card ($35 sticker) is a REQUIREMENT FOR ALL BAND STUDENTS.  Please take care of this in the ASB fiscal office by October 1st. If you need financial assistance with the purchase please see your counselor.  There are funds available to help out.
